Getaway with Grandma

Richards mom came up for the weekend, so we took her to Jackson to spend some time with the kids. We all had a lot of fun. I just felt bad because my kids don't know how to get along in the car for 4 hours. I think they stared fighting after 20 minutes.

We stayed in a really nice hotel called the Rustic Inn. The rooms were actually cabins, but they were so nice inside. I'm a sucker for a hotel though. I could be happy doing nothing but staying in a nice hotel. I've always wanted to stay in a really nice suite. But, I am too cheap to pay for it.

Anyway, we went to a couple of museums with the kids and walked thru Jackson. We even got fudge at the candy store. YUM! On the way home we drove through Yellowstone and stopped at Old Faithful. The kids were so good (except for the fighting in the car). They really enjoy getting to spend time on trips with their dad.

Digital Scrapbooking

This is my first attempt at digital scrapbooking. Thank goodness other people are smart enough to make this stuff for me to download. Anyway, I just wanted to share.

1. Snakes and worms. Don't know if I really fear worms, but I don't like them. Sydney likes to pick them up and chase me with them.
2. That I don't make my husband happy. Although, he thinks I stupid about this one.
3. My calling (Relief Society Counselor) I love it, but it still scares me.I don't like teaching.

3 Suprising Facts
1. I have bungee jumped once.
2. I live in Idaho for 10 years and have never been to Boise. In fact, have only been about 2 1/2 hours away from my house. (In the Idaho direction of course)
3. I rarely leave my house without lipstick on. Don't ask why. Sometimes I have no other make-up on, but I think I need lipstick. I tag Toni, Allison, and Janel. But, you don't have to do it if you don't want to.

I finally got Trevors 2 year old pictures taken. I was only 6 weeks late. That's not too bad. Anyway, I think they turned out pretty cute considering he would not hold still. All he wanted to do was climb up the prop staircase and jump off of it. He was driving me a litte bit crazy.

I took Cambree in for her pictures yesterday. Look for hers here in about 2 weeks. She did so well. Can't wait to share them.
